Blue Man Group Admits Local Kids for Free |

For the first time ever, Blue Man Group in Las Vegas is offering one free child’s ticket with the purchase of one regularly-priced adult ticket for Las Vegas locals. Tickets can be purchased by mentioning the code KIDS FREE at any Venetian or Palazzo box office or by calling 702.414.9001. Individuals must present their Nevada ID when picking up tickets. The free ticket offer is valid for children ages 3 to 12 and applies to all ticket prices. Blue Man Group is recommended for children ages 3 and older. Free children’s tickets are subject to availability and are not valid during holidays.

Shark Reef Hosts Free Party for the Planet April 18 |

Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay is hosting Party for the Planet, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on April 18, a free Earth Day festival to be held in connection with the Association of Zoos & Aquariums.
The environmental celebration will have informational booths, entertainment and goodies for all those interested in “going green” and establishing conservation and sustainability habits. Organizations including Southwest Gas, The Nature Conservatory, NV Energy and Reef Check are participating with demonstrations, information and assistance on how individuals can help save our planet. Children will have an opportunity to have their photo taken with Sharkie the Shark and make a special Earth Day craft during event hours, while supplies last (Shark Reef Aquarium admission required).
The first 500 guests to recycle batteries or cell phones at the event will receive 2-for-1 admission to Shark Reef Aquarium.

The lakeside Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas has announced three new dining experiences that tempt and stimulate the senses, while introducing guests to Italian family traditions and classic comfort food.
Sunday Gravy follows the Italian family tradition of celebrating food, family, and friends over “gravy” (or pasta sauce). Every Sunday, guests are invited to continue this tradition at the resort over a hearty portion of pasta and sauce, slow-cooked and created from San Marzano tomatoes, organic meats, and fresh herbs topped with fresh parmigiano reggiano. Priced at $16-$18 per serving, Sunday Gravy is offered from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. in the Lobby Lounge.
Mondays, guests can indulge in the ultimate comfort food, while relaxing in the property’s casual Lobby Lounge.
